A simple and beautiful altar cloth that combines Yggdrasil and the Web of Wyrd into one symbolic design.

In Norse mythology, Yggdrasil is an ash tree that encompasses the world and binds earth, hell, and heaven together.

The Web of Wyrd is another symbol in Norse mythology that represents the concept of the past, present, and future being interwoven.

“According to Norse myth, the Web of Wyrd was intricately woven by the Norns or Nornir, who are the Shapers of Destiny in Norse cosmology.”

In the combination of the nine staves, all of the runes can be found.

In this design, the colors of the earth, sky, and trees are woven together with black for added meaning.

The design is original and hand drawn onto tannish colored rabbit pelts*.

The design on each altar cloth may vary slightly, as each one is hand-drawn.
